Kirsten is a certified birth doula and a mom of three, blessed to serve in Kenosha County, WI. She is passionate about empowering families through prenatal education, providing support during labor, and guiding through the delivery process. Her approach is grounded in evidence based care and includes offering natural pain relief techniques and fostering an informed birth experience.

Kirsten finished Well Rounded Maternity’s doula certification class in April 2021. She has attended births at home, hospital, birth center and supported through c-section. Kirsten's aims to form a personal connection with those she supports and keep open communication throughout the pregnancy. She is also passionate about including and educating partners so they can feel confident in their knowledge of supporting their loved ones during labor and delivery. She prioritizes creating a peaceful environment for labor and working with couples so that everyone feels informed and united for delivery.
